Sticklink is now in the Microsoft Store

Sticklink, our free overlay that puts your sticks and link telemetry live in OBS, is now a one-click install on Windows.

What Sticklink does

Sticklink reads your sticks, switches and link telemetry from an EdgeTX radio over USB and serves them as an OBS Browser Source: eight overlay styles with trails and throttle timers, a telemetry HUD with link, battery and GPS, OBS scenes that follow a switch on your radio, and a recording of every session. It runs entirely on your computer and sends nothing to Rotordeck.

Getting started

  1. Install Sticklink from the Microsoft Store and open it from the Start menu.
  2. No radio at hand? Pick Demo and press Start: two gimbals move by themselves.
  3. For your own sticks, install the small EdgeTX script on your radio and set USB-VCP to LUA (radio setup guide). Plug in the radio, pick it in the window, press Start and assign your sticks at /setup.
  4. Add a Browser Source in OBS with http://127.0.0.1:47613/fx, size 576×450, 60 fps (OBS setup).

Help us test it on Windows

So far we've flown Sticklink with a real radio on Linux; the Windows build is tested automatically, but not yet with many radios. If you try it on Windows, tell us how it went with your radio, good or bad, on Discord or in a GitHub issue.
